Our product development takes place within the Products & Engineering department, which consists of 15 cross-functional product teams organized into three product areas (Consumer, Business, and Platform), all working in an agile environment.
Strengthen our Core Team as a (Senior) Software Engineer (f/m/d) Fullstack with a Backend Focus and help shape the interface between our platform, customers, and users!
In this role, you will develop and maintain essential, cross-platform features that enable our stakeholders to operate seamlessly on our platform and create consistent experiences in a multi-domain environment.
Your Responsibilities as (Senior) Software Engineer (f/m/d) Fullstack:
Collaborate closely with a cross-functional product team consisting of a Product Manager, Agile Coach, Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and QA Engineers to develop and evolve core services of the eTrusted platform.
Use TypeScript and Java within an event-driven microservices architecture on AWS to advance the development of our platform.
Contribute your fullstack expertise: design custom backend APIs and develop impactful data visualizations for our customers.
You are responsible for the code from development through deployment, in line with our “You build it, you own it” philosophy.

A Typical Day as a (Senior) Software Engineer (f/m/d) Fullstack at T.S. GmbH:

Your Profile
You bring substantial experience in backend (primarily) and frontend development, especially with TypeScript, Node.js, Java and Spring Boot, as well as React and CSS.
You have experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and a solid foundation in SQL databases.
You’re skilled in cloud deployment and management, especially using AWS Lambdas, and can orchestrate web apps in container environments such as AWS ECS.
You have deep knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, including workloads, networking, and storage solutions.
You are familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, and you care about writing clean, performant, and well-tested code.
You have multiple years of hands-on fullstack development experience and a respectful, collaborative team mindset.
You have excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
You’re motivated to help the team achieve its goals—even if it means going the extra mile to ensure shared success.
