Your Responsibilities as ML/GenAI Engineer (f/m/d):

As an ML/GenAI Engineer (f/m/d) in our AI Solutions Team, you’ll play a central role in developing the intelligence that powers our products, services, and internal processes.

• Train and fine-tune Machine Learning and Generative AI models to solve real business challenges – such as churn prediction, content generation, and trust scoring

• Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of solving problems independently and interacting seamlessly with users and systems. These agents rely on modular, reusable logic to ensure scalability and flexibility

• Develop cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and intelligent agents that are actively integrated with external tools and data sources using the Model Context Protocol (MCP)

• Create universal classifiers, scoring engines, and prompts that are accessible across teams via APIs and serverless architectures like AWS Lambda

• Connect your AI solutions with key internal platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and T.S. GmbH's proprietary applications, enabling seamless system integration

• Ensure that all AI solutions are explainable, trustworthy, and compliant, aligned with the core values of T.S. GmbH: transparency and reliability

Your Profile

• Experience developing Machine Learning (ML) and/or Generative AI (GenAI) systems

• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts – experience building autonomous workflows, planning logic, or multi-agent systems is a plus

• Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience using modern ML/GenAI frameworks, libraries, and toolchains

• Practical understanding of MCP (Model, Context, Prompt) concepts

• Experience in designing, building, and scaling APIs and AI-powered services

• A data-driven mindset – you think in metrics, value continuous feedback, and focus on product impact

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus

• A collaborative, curious, and purpose-driven approach to work
