About

At T.S. GmbH, we’re shaping Europe’s Community of Trust – a place where businesses and consumers connect with confidence, transparency, and security. Every day, millions of users and thousands of businesses across Europe rely on us for secure, reliable, and seamless digital experiences.

As a System Administrator (f/m/d) at T.S. GmbH, you’ll become part of our Platform Operations area, which manages systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, HubSpot, and more. We are currently looking for a new team member to join our newly established Support Team.

Do you have an eye for detail and love making things better? Are you looking for a varied and meaningful role?

If that speaks to you—and you're excited to help implement software requirements in an agile and fast-growing company—then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

Your Responsibilities as System Administrator (f/m/d):

  • You will be the foundation of our end-user support, ensuring that day-to-day support requests and minor system or process improvements are resolved smoothly and efficiently. This contributes significantly to a great customer experience.

  • You’ll handle a wide variety of technical tasks—from user account setup and permissions management to analyzing complex process failures and system integration issues.

  • You’ll foster a positive and solution-focused communication environment with your stakeholders while adhering to defined standard processes and resolution guidelines.

  • You’ll be encouraged to take on responsibility quickly and have the opportunity to proactively drive technical improvements and system enhancements.

Why Join T.S. GmbH?

  • Personal Development: You’ll receive direct support from your Engineering Manager to ensure your growth and success.

  • Health & Wellbeing: Take part in monthly health activities and earn an extra vacation day by achieving your health goals.

  • Inclusive Work Culture: We offer flexible work arrangements and focus on a healthy work-life balance. Working late into the night is not expected.

A Typical Day as a System Administrator (f/m/d) at T.S. GmbH:

  • Start your day by setting up your remote workstation or arranging your desk at the office.

  • Join a daily team check-in to align on incoming support requests—prioritizing them by urgency or impact—and coordinate on any potential incidents.

  • Work independently to resolve requests, from simple user access management to cross-system process issues and data inconsistencies.

  • Team up with colleagues for a brainstorming or debugging session when a support request turns out to be a more complex bug—then summarize your findings clearly and concisely.

  • Take a flexible lunch break, whether at home or at a nearby restaurant with colleagues.

  • Review recent process errors and technical disruptions to ensure system stability and performance, and derive action items or recommend improvements to the responsible teams.

  • Independently update or expand documentation, or trigger documentation reviews in other teams—so that future user requests can be handled quickly and reliably.

  • End your day with team-building events like Waffle Day, or unwind with a drink on the rooftop terrace.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

  • Professional experience in managing SaaS systems, technical support, and/or customer service.

  • Experience in finance-related systems and/or subscription/billing platforms (ideally Zuora) is a major plus.

  • Solid understanding of system integrations, as well as strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases.

  • A strong desire and motivation to continuously learn new tools, processes, and technologies—and expand your product knowledge.

  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and in a way that suits the technical level of your audience.

  • Very good written and spoken English skills are required; additional languages are a plus.

What We Offer You
