As Team Manager (f/m/d) of our AI Solutions Team, you have a unique opportunity to lead this transformation and help define what trustworthy, AI-driven commerce will look like in Europe.

Your Responsibilities as AI Solutions Team Manager (f/m/d):

• Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of AI experts. Together, you’ll transform real business challenges into intelligent, scalable AI-based solutions that deliver tangible value.

• Strategic leadership: You’ll define, communicate, and drive a clear vision and roadmap for AI at T.S. GmbH – always focused on value creation and innovation.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams from Product, Marketing, Operations, and Tech to identify high-impact opportunities where AI makes a measurable difference.

• Operational excellence: You’ll prioritize initiatives, manage the AI project pipeline, and ensure successful and timely delivery of solutions with clear business outcomes.

• End-to-end execution: Oversee the development of AI models, GenAI-powered tools (e.g., intelligent assistants and chatbots), and the automation of workflows.

• AI advocacy: Champion an “AI by default” mindset at T.S. GmbH and inspire teams to adopt AI-driven approaches from the start.

• Trust & ethics: Ensure all AI solutions align with our core values – trust, transparency, and user-centered design – and commit to responsible, ethical AI practices.

Your Profile

• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams or projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence

• Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, or data-driven product development

• A solid understanding of AI delivery models – from standalone AI solutions to embedded components and intelligent process automation

• A true builder mentality: You think big, work iteratively, and confidently move from quick prototypes to scalable systems

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear and actionable outcomes

• Excellent communication skills – you're a bridge between business, technology, and ethics

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
