We’re looking for an experienced IT System & Network Administrator with a focus on IT infrastructure management to strengthen our nine-person Office IT team, which is part of our Tech Unit.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our server, network, and email infrastructure, with a strong focus on stability, security, and automation.
Your Responsibilities as IT System & Network Administrator (f/m/d):
Administration of our IT infrastructure, including provisioning and maintenance of Windows servers hosting various services and applications, as well as Identity and Access Management using Active Directory and Entra ID
Responsibility for the operation and optimization of our email infrastructure, based on Exchange Online, including the use of third-party security solutions to protect against all kinds of email threats
Active contribution to the design of our current and future network architecture, carrying out operational tasks on firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi components, and monitoring network performance and availability to ensure reliable operations
Independent analysis and solution-oriented resolution of 2nd- and 3rd-level issues related to our IT infrastructure

Your Profile
Completed training in IT (or equivalent qualification), ideally with several years of solid experience in managing IT infrastructures
In-depth knowledge of modern Windows infrastructures, as well as email and network technologies, including AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, routing, switching, next-generation firewalls (NGFW), and VPN solutions
Experience with scripting and automation, preferably with PowerShell or a similar language. Experience working with REST APIs is a plus
Excellent communication skills, with an analytical and pragmatic work style and a collaborative mindset
Fluent German (C1 level) is mandatory, combined with at least intermediate English skills (B2)
