Your Responsibilities as Conversational AI Designer (f/m/d)

As a Conversational AI Designer (f/m/d), you will craft the dialogues, flows, and logic behind our AI-powered assistants and transform them into intelligent, helpful agents that offer natural, effortless interactions.

• Design engaging, helpful, and on-brand dialogue flows for AI assistants, chatbots, and other modern GenAI-powered touchpoints

• Define how AI agents respond, escalate, gather context, and act autonomously using Agentic AI principles

• Write and optimize prompts that effectively guide Large Language Model (LLM) behavior across different scenarios

• Collaborate closely with developers to build conversational flows that dynamically access tools and data via MCP, making interactions smarter and more context-aware

• Shape the personality, tone of voice, and trustworthiness of our conversational experiences

• Work together with ML engineers, product managers, UX designers, and business teams to prototype and launch innovative, impactful conversational features

• Continuously improve performance through user feedback, A/B testing, and usage data analysis

Your Profile

• Experience designing chatbots, virtual assistants, or natural language interfaces

• Applied skills in business, service, or product contexts

• Understanding of LLMs and prompt-based design

• A strong sense for conversational nuance

• Creative and structured thinker who can translate user needs into logical dialogue flows and compelling conversational experiences

• Familiarity with conversational design tools, voice & tone systems, and dialogue flow platforms

• Strong collaboration with developers and a solid understanding of technical capabilities and limitations

• Good knowledge of AI agents, intent recognition, and managing multi-step dialogues

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
